Terms and Conditions

Who are we?
The MOVE3 Shop is operated by Sweco Nederland B.V. (Sweco hereafter), whose registered office is at De Holle Bilt 22, 3732 HM De Bilt, The Netherlands. The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Sweco for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your shopping cart.

Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Availability of Goods
All items are either usually dispatched within 3-4 days. If Sweco has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, Sweco will not charge your credit card until the date your order is sent to you. Sweco will inform you by e-mail at the address given in your order form.

Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.

Price
All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. For deliveries outside of the European Union the local taxes or duties are at the buyer’s expense. The prices are only valid for orders in the MOVE3 Shop and payments via credit card or iDeal (only available in The Netherlands).

Payment
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Return Policy
All returns require pre-authorisation from Sweco. This authorisation can be obtained by sending an  e-mail to describing the problem or concern. Defective materials must be returned within 30 days of shipment. These materials will be replaced by new ones.

Force majeure
Sweco have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
If you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

Safe Shopping – secure guarantee
Sweco places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide. All the data that you send through, including your name and address, is encrypted using a SSL certifcate before it is transmitted across the Internet. For the payment we use the facilities of Ingenico(Ogone) to safeguard your credit card information.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Sweco shall be governed by Dutch Law and you and Sweco submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
